Insect repellent, which by creating a protective coating (film) on the surface of plants acts as a repellent and irritant to insects.
It also camouflages the crop from migrating insects by changing the wavelength of light emitted from its surface.
The kaolin coating covers the plants, and while it allows photosynthesis, it reflects harmful IR and UV radiation, preventing sunburn.
When the coating is partially or completely removed by rain, wind or due to crop growth and if there is still a risk of infestation the spray is repeated.
