Flowerpot: 12cm / Height: 55-60cm.
- 2 executives.
- Color: Yellow.
- It is the most popular genus of orchids, due to the long duration of flowering (it can reach up to 6 months)
- Wants a bright spot with indirect diffused light. Direct exposure to sunlight can cause burns to the leaves. An ideal position is a window facing east or west.
- If we notice that the leaves are darker than normal, then our plant receives less light than it needs.
- If we notice that the leaves are lighter than normal (light green / yellow), then our plant receives more light than it needs.
- Lack of light makes the leaves dark green, while too much light makes the leaves light green or yellow. Best window position with east or west orientation.
- An indication that our plant needs watering is when the roots change color from green to silver-gray. Then dip them in a bowl of water up to the middle of the pot. Then let the pot drain very well before placing it back in the pot.
- Lower temperatures and day / night temperature alternation promote flowering. Sudden temperature changes, however, can be particularly damaging to the plant.
- Temperature during the summer months (day / night): 17-30 / 16-21.
- Temperature during the winter months (day / night): 24/18.
- Prefers increased humidity in the space where it is placed. Ideal humidity 50-60%.
- They bloom in late winter to early spring. After each flowering, cut the flowers that have blossomed after drying.
- The received plant may differ slightly in color from the photo.
